Anyone who knows us knows Sue. With over 20 years in the industry and a background in Production at the BBC, she’s the go-to expert for all things fabric and client care. Sue keeps everything running smoothly, handling orders, questions, and all the little details. We all count on her to keep the team on track, she’s truly the heart of how we get things done.

KAREN: Sewing Expert and Scenic Artist

Karen has been with us from the very beginning at Hangman, bringing over 30 years of unmatched expertise in sewing and scenic art. Her craftsmanship and attention to detail turn every fabric and backdrop into a work of art. Karen’s experience and skill are the foundation of the beautiful, durable sets we’re proud to create.

TOBY: CAD & Set Design Expert

Toby brings a unique blend of architectural precision and creative flair to SCENIQ. With a background in architecture and 20 years of experience at Metalman - Hangman’s sister company. He’s our go-to for CAD design and set building expertise. Toby’s attention to detail and innovative approach help turn concepts into stunning, functional stage realities. And if you catch him with a calculator, he’s probably balancing the books too quietly keeping the numbers in line.

MATT: Set Construction & Sewing Expert

Matt has been with us since he was 18, starting his journey at Hangman and growing into a true expert in set construction and sewing. Always cheerful and full of good humor, Matt brings a positive energy that keeps the team smiling and the work flowing smoothly. His skills and spirit make every project better.

HARRY: LED Designer, Builder & Social Media

Harry combines a deep passion for technology with creative expertise, designing and building all things LED at SCENIQ. With a long history touring as an LED and Automation technician, plus a degree in Live Event Production, he brings both hands-on experience and technical know-how to every project. Harry also manages our social media, sharing the stories behind our work with the world.
